Strix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Police Roleplay Community, Roblox Corporation, or Discord Inc. ERLC, Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

You can ask us to delete your personal data, or your child's, at any time:

1. Contact us on the support Discord or at [contact email].
2. Tell us your Discord user ID or Roblox username, and the community (server) concerned, if any. Do not send passwords or ERLC server keys.
3. We may verify your identity, then delete the data or pass the request to the community that controls it, and confirm when done.

Community owners can remove all of a server's data by removing the bot or the server from the dashboard; it is deleted within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

To report misuse of Strix (harassment, doxxing, attempts to attack the service) or to submit a copyright notice, email [contact email] or message us on the support Discord. For a copyright notice please include:

• a description of the copyrighted work and where we can find the material you say infringes it;
• your name and contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material and suspend repeat infringers. Security vulnerabilities can be reported the same way.
